Hercules in his new home

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]hercules1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Elena, We are having a great time with Jersey and Hercules (now Joe). Jersey really loves having him around, and so do we. I think he is having a good time at our house, but I am sure he misses all of you. It took him a few days to get really comfortable in the house, and now it is just like he has been here from the beginning.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]hercules3[/wpcol_1third_end]

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]hercules2[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]I am so glad you allowed us to take him!!!! He follows John all over the house, the males are sticking together, I am glad Jersey is alright with that :) You can see Hercules (Joe) made himself at home on Jersey’s leopard bed with pink pillow…she did not like that and walked right over to him to kick him off, it was so funny to watch.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]hercules4[/wpcol_1third_end]

We are getting him a male looking bed this weekend. I will send photos as he grows…he is going to be huge! We are really looking forward to see how he grows. I will always keep in touch and thanks again for allowing us to add Hercules (Joe) to our home.
Sincerely, Jennifer, John, Jaelyn, Jersey, and now Joe (Hercules)

His picture speaks volumes. If you know of anyone in Virginia that would show him and finish him, please let me know. He is a worthy Dog. His temperament is 100% perfection! He loves our children ages ranging from 2years- 17years. He loves his cat friend, and is my shadow. He enjoys RV-ing and his travels to various cities. He loves to be the center of attention and knows without a doubt he is quit the specimen! «Fabio’s Reflection of Perfection» and Katherine Wright.  [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]favorite1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Elena, I just wanted to let you know that Favorite is doing fine. He seems to be getting bigger (I think he is close to 28 lbs. now) and just loves everyone, expecially our granddaughters…I think he feels they are his personal play toys. We go for a walk every morning…which doesn’t tire him out at all. He is curious about everything 24 hours a day. He loves to be a lap dog…likes to be in either Steve’s or my lap…and especially likes to rock himself in my rocking chair. Steve, Favorite and I are starting puppy training classes in a few weeks which we are looking forward to. Attached are a few pictures of him…unfortunately I’m not a good photographer.

Champion boy number 2 now Douzer in his new home in New Mexico

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]douzer1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]I just purchased my Male puppy 2 weeks ago from Elena & Phillip Merrill, and I cannot say enough good things about these people, I recieved my puppy hand delivered in Great condition, with no problems what so ever. We went to see the vet the next day and we had a clean bill of health, stool sample negative, and a very healthy baby boy. The vet told me this was the nicest bulldog puppy that he has seen in a long time and he is a bulldog vet.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]douzer2[/wpcol_1third_end]

The Merrill’s answered any and all questions I had (and believe me it was alot) Elena has sent me numerous pictures when I have asked for them and totally communicated with me through out the purchasing process which is a very simple process. They are very honest, down to earth,& trustworthy people and extremly expierenced in what they do. I am now anxiously awaiting my baby girl from them also.
I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a bulldog puppy.
VICKIE.

Balmont (Iggy) in his new home in California

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]iggy1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_2third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hi Elena. I am sure you don’t remember me, but my friend Brooke and I both got Frenchies from you about a year ago. They were both males from the same litter. I named my little boy Iggy and my friend named hers Jack. They are both wonderful dogs. Iggy is a member of our family and we love him very much. I am interested in getting another maybe in February of next year so that Iggy can have a sister. This time I would like a girl and if at all possible, relative of Balmont (now Iggy). Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. I am attaching some pictures of Iggy. I just love him so much. Brooke and I might be moving our timeline up to around the November timeframe to get our baby girls. Just wanted to let you know. I saw some pictures on your website of a little girl that look so much like Iggy. What a cutie. Enjoy the pictures.
Thank you. Carrie Manalo[/wpcol_2third_end]

Basilio (Jack)in his new home in California

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]jack1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hi Elena, I’m not sure if you remember me, but I bought a Frenchie from you called Basilio (now called Jack White) about a year and a half ago. I just wanted to say hi because I know you are talking to my friend Carrie (who bought a Frenchie from you at the same time) about getting another dog from you.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]jack2[/wpcol_1third_end]

I have attached a couple of photos of Jack and I just wanted to say how much I love him. He truly is a member of our family — words really cannot express how much my husband and I love him! He has the best little personality.

He is exactly 17.5 pounds, which is what you told me he’d grow to be. I have attached a couple of photos of him for you to see. I will send you another email with two more photos. We are interested in getting a little sister for him in about two months. Will you have any little girl Frenchies available then? I don’t want Jack’s little sister to be bigger than he is, so we would like to get one who is on the smaller side again — around 17 pounds when she’s full grown. Not sure if you would have a sister of Jack’s available. Anyway, let me know what you think. Thank you again! Best,
Brooke

He’s adjusting well in his new home and is learning quickly where to go potty. I’ve been walking him a lot so he knows to go potty outside. He is so smart! I am so in love with him. Many people have asked me about him and I say «champion pups» in Long Beach! Everyone loves him at my work and he is very popular! I can’t thank you enough for working with me on payment. Thank you thank you!!! I am taking him to the vet soon once I have enough money for more shots and to get him neutered. I will keep you updated!
Thank you so much for this gift!

Since they are both on the move all the time it isn’t really easy to capture them! Liz and Darlene

Olena! Hi!!! How are you!?
I was checking out the website again because my boyfriend and I were thinking about getting another puppy! We have been so happy with Rylee (Lapochka). She is such a joy and wonderful addition to our little family. We are moving soon and I am going to begin working by the end of summer. We thought it might be a good Idea to get our little girl Rylee a playmate, while I am still off work, so I can train him and spend as much time with him as possible. So that when I start working they will keep each other company. I was interested in maybe talking some numbers about a few of your pups (Again with the Limited AKC Reg. Because we are strictly looking for a family member not to show our pups) I really like Green Eyes Boy# 1 (male) BUT I did also really like Black Bakson… I do see he is reserved but was still curious. How long is he reserved for? Indefinitely?? Because He is surely a beauty and if Im not mistaken I think I might have seen him on another website and it said he was still availible… Just wondering. We wanted to check our your guys’ pups first because we have been so happy with Rylee and would be happy to get an equally as wonderful pup from you guys again. We ALWAYS refer people to you guys when we are asked where we got her or where ppl should look to get a frenchie : )
Thank You! Kate Bradbury

Tank (formerly named Malik on your website)

 [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]tank1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Dear Elena,
Just wanted to send you an update on our spunky pooch we named Tank purchased from you back in November. He has been the absolute BEST frenchie! We couldn’t be more pleased with the advise you gave us to helping Tank grow into the strong and healthy dog he is. He gives us just the right amount of play time and cuddle time, he is very independent and has a LOT of spunk![/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]tank2[/wpcol_1third_end]

We got lucky because he barely snores at all, but we get the advantage of laughing at all his snorting and noises he makes when he plays. Tank’s favorite thing to do is go to the beach. He LOVES the water! Although he can’t swim, of course, he plays well with other dogs and chases his other favorite thing: The Tennis Ball. He is such an important part of our family and we can’t imagine life without him! Everyone always compliments us on how handsome he is and we always tell them to go to Champion Pups for the best french bulldogs out there!
Thanks again, Ryan and Chasity

My name is Lauren and my boyfriend Andrew and I purchased one of your English bully pups in April. His name was Marshal (now Otis). I just wanted to send you an updated picture of him and say thank you so much for this sweet little bully that we have come to love so much! We were so happy that the puppy nanny Ellen was able to fly with him to Seattle and she was so nice when we met her at the airport. Marshal/Otis is such a good boy and he is so handsome! He is a very good companion and likes follow us around the house to see what we are doing.[/wpcol_2third_end]

People fall in love with him wherever we take him. We have met a few other people with bulldogs and their dogs were not as healthy or good looking as yours. We are so thankful to have found you because you are very good responsible breeders and know a lot about bulldogs.

The picture is Otis in .his. chair on the deck. We didn.t think he could climb onto it but one day we just found him sitting there! He is truly a joy to have in our life we are having so much fun watching him grow into an adult. This is my first bulldog but I think I could be a bulldog owner for the rest of my life! They have such a good personality. Thank you so much for a wonderful and healthy dog, it is obvious he was born in home with lots of love and care. We will love him and take good care of him for the rest of his life! We will have to send another picture when he is fully grown.
Thanks! Lauren

I was just wondering how old do the puppies need to be before we can see them? We are interested in the pure red female 4 weeks old, she doesn’t have a name on your website and is in a picture with her sister. We were also interested in the 1 day old new litter, the red «female #1». And we also like the look of your miniatures, Tiny and Tinkerbell. Also curious about the picture with the four fawns who are 5-7 weeks and wondering if any of them are female and cost. Just trying to find out some information before we get too excited! Thank you, I’ve also included a couple pictures of Bella!
Thanks for the information!!!

Thank you so much![/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]hugo2[/wpcol_1third_end]

Dear Elena,
Thank you so much for saving my baby Baxters Life. I do not know what I would have done if I had not brought him to you. When first getting him he was a healthy puppy, but the paranoid mother I am took him to the Vet to make sure he was all healthy. They said that they should give him a de wormer even though I told them her already had one they said they just wanted to make sure, so they gave him another one. You later informed me that the de wormer they gave him was for puppies 16 weeks old which was to strong for his stomach and is what was causing his uncontrollable diarrhea and the blood. After bringing him to one Vet who gave him the de wormer he then started having the bloody diarrhea, which led me to take him to another Vet. This Vet then did test for Parvo and parasites, which he tested negative for all, and gave him antibiotic because I told them he has bloody diarrhea. He was on the antibiotic for almost a week and was not getting better, still had runny bloody stool.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]baxter1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]I am so glad my mom suggested to call you to see if you know what was going on with Baxter. I am so thankful you were able to see him right away and you also knew right then what the problem was. You are the type of Vet that everyone should bring their dogs too, you knew exactly what medicine to give him to get him better and also took the time make his diet food for him every time I brought him over.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]baxter2[/wpcol_1third_end]

Ralph in his new home in Texas

Hello Elena, Let me start by THANKING you for been such a dedicated breeder of this wonderful babies. I believe many of us are scared when it comes to adding a new family member (Specially me, since I have 1yr old twins and an 8yr old girls). However, you have made ours the BEST EXPERIENCE! We didn’t just buy one of the BEST, you have been there to answer any questions a 1st time mother like me of a frenchie may have. You have been there every time I’ve tried contacting you, have answered all my questions and given me more information that I may need.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]ralph1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]I have to add, that in the pass I was the owner of an English Bulldog and after the purchased was made I was NEVER again able to contact the breeder. I recommend you and your husband to any family trying to find or add a new member. [/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]ralph2[/wpcol_1third_end]

We are so in LOVE with Mani (before was Ralph) he has adapted great to Texas weather, you gave him the best head start on «potty training» (making the rest of the training super easy! THANK YOU), and to add his temper with the girls is the BEST! They play like if he was just another baby in the house, when they cry he stays next to their crib, and if it’s nap time for the girls, is also nap time for him.

We love him very much and my husband reminds me daily of the GREAT CHOICE WE MADE. Thank you again for making us happier. We cant wait to add a new baby sometimes Jan-Feb 2013 and hopefully this time is the girl I have been dreaming of! All white with a patch on the eye! I want to thank you again for the dedication you apply to this job, and for the quality of little babies that you offer to families like ourselves. I sent you a few pictures on previews emails, let me know if your received them. If not, Ill be gladly to resend (:
Sincerely Munguia Family

He turned 5 moths old yesterday and can sit, stay, lay down, stand, shake, roll over, play dead, spin, fetch, balance a treat on his nose, knows the names of his toys and can touch the items on command. He generally can learn a new skill in about 24 hours! But best of all, he is peaceful, sweet and lovable! I included his latest glamour shot!

Cavalier and Leyla together in they new home in California

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]cavalier1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hi Elena I hope all is well. I wanted to send you pictures of the babies. We named him Jaxe. He is such a wonderful boy. He has such a calm and sweet personality. Leyla and Jaxe are getting along just great. They play so hard until they both drop of exhaustion. I really made a good choice in picking him, he is everything I wanted and more. Thank you so much for such a fine dog. We took him to the vet on Saturday and got his third shot and health exam. The vet says he is very health. I will be putting the health guarantee in the mail tomorrow I hope you enjoy your trip. Take care. Talk to you real soon. Danka in her new house in California

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]danka1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hi Elena We’re the family who bought Danka on Sunday. We’ve renamed her «Stella», though I really wanted to keep Danka, the rest of the family thought Stella suited her. We’re very happy and she’s doing great. She sleeps with our son in her crate, but on his bed at night and during the day she takes naps in a dog bed near me in my office. She is eating well, three times per day so it is easier for me to start potty training her. She’s not been stressed even once, not even the first night. She doesn’t even cry or whine when she is in her crate. Our big dog is beginning to get used to her.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]danka2[/wpcol_1third_end]

She tries to play with him but he doesn’t want to so most of the time she just leaves him alone or lays beside him a few feet away My husband loves her. Every night when he gets home she meets him at the door and then after dinner sits on his lap while we have our family television time. She is good for our family. We needed some happiness. My Mother, the kids’ Grandma, was killed last Christmas and then we lost our Chihuahua a month ago, so it’s been hard for us lately. Thank you very much, Elena, for best puppy on the world!
Please keep my email and contact information. If you ever find yourself with a puppy difficult to place or whatever along down the line, let us know. Perhaps we’d be ready to add another and it would fit in to our budget. We’re so in love with Stella. I doubt it’s ever hard to place your puppies because they are just perfect.
Michelle

DANKA AFTER FIRST VET VISIT

Danka had her vet visit today. All was well. The vet said she was the healthiest, best looking french bulldog puppy she’s ever seen on a first vet visit. Perfect form, weight, eyes, skin and ears. They couldn’t read her tattoo number/letters and neither could I. Would you be able to tell me what it is? I want to keep a record of it if she ever is lost so we’d have an identifying mark and the vet will keep it also just in case. They cross reference their chipped and tattoo’d dogs in case any of them are ever lost to help out their owners.
Thank you,
Michelle

Capitan in his new homЕ in Cincinnati Ohio

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]capitan1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hello, Elena! My husband Paul and I just wanted to tell you how happy we are with the English bulldog we purchased from Champion Pups. On April 30, 2008 Brutus (or Capitan as he was called) came into our lives and we couldn’t be happier! As we’ve watched him grow from awkward puppy to mature adult we have absolutely fallen in love with him. Brutus is quite the goofball as well as the 45lbs cuddle bug! He is very loving and protective and his personality is very funny. He is definitely his own dog!!! :) We look forward to many happy years with Brutus as he continues to bring joy to our family.
Sincerely, Megan & Paul. Cincinnati, OH.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]capitan2[/wpcol_1third_end]

Federico in his new home in Long Beach California

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]federico1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hi Elena, This is Michael and Jazzmin, we purchased Federico (now Zeus) from you in July 2008 in Long Beach. I am writing you to update zeus’s well being. He has turned out to be a very large bulldog, you were right. In fact every adult bulldog that we have seen and Zeus has met he has been much larger than. He is now 11 months old, very obedient, but still with his bulldog ways. We treat him like a dog, meaning he plays fetch and runs, even does stairs.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]federico2[/wpcol_1third_end]

He is very athletic. A wonderful companion he never leaves our side. He weighs around 60 lbs now but the vet thinks that he may top the charts between 70-80… We still can’t thank you enough. We hope all is well and attached are some recent photos of him. Take care and we look forward to hearing from you.

Life wouldn’t be the same without our new child Bossie. Please see attached photos of our baby. Thank you for presenting us with a gift from God…

THANK YOU!

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Merrill, I don’t know where to start. I purchased an English Bulldog from you named Pearl last June. I can’t tell you how much pleasure and love I get from her. She has a great personality. I’ve never seen her show anger or nip anyone… all she likes to do is Play, eat, sit on my lap and sleep. She is a year old this month and is in top health. I can’t tell you both how wonderful she is. I’m so happy with her and that I just want to let you know she is the joy of my life. Every time I take her out people stop me to tell me what a beautiful dog she is and where did I get her and I always give your name and address/email address. I know that you both like to know how your puppies are doing. I just want to say Thank You for selling her to me. I could go on with pages of how wonderful she is and how much I love her. I added to her name and I call her Pearl Bailey… like I’ve said just a short note to say she is the best and thank you for selling me a beautiful Bulldog. I’m so lucky to have her and she brings joy to my life everyday. Regards Robert Sugg.

Melodia and Anella in they new home in California

I haven’t left them yet and they are currently with me in my office at work. Both are very smart dogs and I think they will be very easy to train. You did well raising them Elena thank you so much. I have attached a few pictures I took and will continue to send more to you as they grow. I am taking both dogs to the vet in a day or two and will have the paperwork filled out and will send it to you. I also wanted to know if you would send me their food regime that we talked about. I remember what you said and have been doing it but I would still like it in writing. I forget how long I am supposed to feed them science diet small puppy bites before I switch over to the other type of food. Thank you so much for the puppies, they are amazing. I have already recommended you to a few friends who are considering buying either french bulldogs or an english bulldog. I will keep in touch with you.

Panochka in her new home in AZ

Elena, Baby Panochka arrived at 1245 pm on Tuesday April 28. She seemed very shy when I picked her up. She is coming out of her shell. She has learned to come up the ramp from the back yard after going potty. She has not figured out how to go down or figured out the doggy doors, but shes young and she will get it. We have a ramp so that our dogs do not have to jump up steps coming into the house. Bad for the back. She slept with me the first night and each night shes been with me. She has her own crate and enjoys her quiet time. She goes in when she wants to rest after playing with Jacques her big brother, seal brindle w/whi chest 19 month old frenchie. He loves her. Our other frenchie, brindle and white 21 month old Alma have not hit it off just yet, but Alma has 3, 2 week old puppies so shes still a bit overbaring. She’ll come around.
Panochka was taken to the vet yesterday and was not found to have any problems. Dr. Shawn Parker signed off on her guarantee papers. I will make a copy for my files and send the originals back to you. I wanted you to have an update on Panochka and know that I love her and she is everything I expected. Thanks again Patty Felcher — Ozark AR.

«FUTURE BUYER»

Hi Elena and Phillip, How is your day? My name is Destiny I work as a canine supervisor for a humane society. I am interested in purchasing a french bulldog when my fiance get back from deployment. I have done a lot of research on the breed and I will say you web site intrigued me the first would be the care that went in to letting the public know that you do not over breed your pets and you do not use them for money. I was wondering where you are located and if I could come see your dogs in the next two or three months. That would be the most important thing to me. I am very interested in getting a male. also wondering the prices of you precious pups.
Destiny

Elena and Phillip — great people!

I bought a French Bulldog puppy from Elena and Phillip Merrill in 2008. A French Bulldog puppy we named Taisa which came to me here in New York .The Puppy was in great health and the transaction went great as well. There was no problems to speak of. Tasia as she got older about a yr after I had bought her from Elena and Phillip she had a Uterus Pro lapse witch was unexpected and something that happens naturally no body’s fault but this would make her unable to be bred. I called up Elena and Phillip immediately with the issue that we had with the dog. Elena and Phillip went over the contract with me that they have and I signed and agreed to. I seen that in all honesty the problem that she had was not a genetic problem but more of a natural problem and that they were not liable at all (There Contract covers Genetic Problems that can occur in a dog only not natural issues). Also if that was the case for the contract to be fulfilled I would have to send back Taisa and then receive a replacement puppy of there choice. Elena and Phillip being the great people that they are went above and beyond there own contract and send me another puppy we call Xena and allowed me to keep the previous dog that we had bought from her for $2,500 I could not believe that Elena send me a replacement pup of my choice that I seen advertised on there web site for $3,000.00 if that does show the integrity of this couple I don’t know what else will. Thank you — championpups! You are the best of the best!

Panochka in her new home in Arkansas

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]panochka1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Elena I know you were out of the country but I am curious about the 3 secrets. Could you please tell what they are. My puppy Panochka, «NU NU» as we call her is doing great. She is my joy. She’s slept in my bed since the first night she was here. She is completely potty trained and finally has mastered the doggie doors. She loves being outside. She loves playing hard with her new brother and 2 sisters. Belle our english bulldog and NU NU really play hard. I have to quiet them otherwise NU NU won’t stop. I don’t want her to over heat even though she can come into air conditioning I won’t take that chance.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]panochka2[/wpcol_1third_end]

She plays as hard with our other 2 house dogs both Frenchies. As all frenchie familys know, you can’t just have one, there like potato chips. She has remained very short with a beautiful cobby body. She is very compact and is deceiving when you pick her up. She’s heavier then she looks. Still has her beautiful ears as you can see from the pictures. I / we love her. She’s her daddies girl. If he’s home she would rather be napping in his lap instead of playing. She will stay there for hours. It’s really funny. If he tries to ignore her she won’t have any of that and talks to him until he gives in and picks her up. She’s got him trained real well. I will keep you updated on her progress.  [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]abar1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hi Elena! John and I just wanted to send you a couple pictures of Hogan (Abar). These pictures were taken just this 4th of July at the beach, so he’s’ almost five months here. He has a fun time trying to run after the bigger and faster dogs at the beach, and will actually get into the water for a little bit.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]abar2[/wpcol_1third_end]

He is very playful with other dogs, has a lot of energy then. But he definitely gets his naps in during the day. We are starting to see his personality come out. He loves meeting people, and loves all the attention he gets when we take him out on walks. We appreciate all your help, all the advice you’ve given us to help us raise Hogan well! We will keep in touch!

Marika (Laya) in her new home in California

Hi, My name is Karen Struble. I bought a puppy from you a couple weeks ago. I think you called her «marika» born 5-15-9. Anyhow. I just wanted to get in touch with you. We have named her «Laya» as in princess leia from star wars the movie. The kids named her. She has a beautiully sweet personality when she isn’t eating your toes. She loves balls, fetching balls, toes, socks, and riding a boogie board (with an adult only) in the pool. If you drag her bed into another room, she likes to jump on that too and go for a ride. We are trying to train her to ring a bell to go to the bathroom since the only time she barks is when she wants up on the bed to attack you.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]laya1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_2third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]She’s starting to catch on to the bell thing but I can tell it will be a while. She’s already been to the vet. They say she looks great and goes back in about another week for another week or so for her next shots. But she is really sweet. And we are very happy. I will send you more pictures soon but iPhone only allows me to send one at a time and i still have to download my camera to my computer. Also here’s my address for her paperwork Thanks again!! Karen Struble & Family. This pic is from the day we brought her home.[/wpcol_2third_end]

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]laya2[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_2third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]Her she is checking out her bell before attacking it. She goes from being really mellow and sweet to really playful eating toes shoes bells balls fingers or anything else in site to get you to play too. No in between.[/wpcol_2third_end]

[wpcol_1half id=»» class=»» style=»»]laya3[/wpcol_1half] [wpcol_1half_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]She watched him pick up all of her messes and as soon as he was done she left another gift. True love[/wpcol_1half_end]

We give him the Excel puppy multivitamins twice a day, one before each meal. [/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]harvey-n2[/wpcol_1third_end]

When will he not be considered a puppy anymore and when do we change to the Adult multivitamins? Any other things we should start to give him or do differently since he is getting older?

He will be 1 on December 25. I have attached some pictures for you as well. Oh one more thing, is there anything special that you do to remove tear stains? They are not bad but I was just curious. Take care.

Thanks for Our Wonderful Puppy!

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]dexy1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_2third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hi Elena, Its been way too long since we’ve purchased our frenchie from you and I have been meaning to write and thank you for selling us our new baby! Dexy is about 4.5 months old now. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to get her! I attached some pictures of Dexy so you can see her! We named her Dexter after our favorite Showtime tv show but seeing as she is a girl we usually shorten it to Dex or Dexy![/wpcol_2third_end]

But, we are so happy with her! She has been such a great puppy & so far our experience has been much better than we expected. She has responded to training so well and quickly got down potty training and commands like sit, stay, and come! And she is the biggest sweetheart! She loves to cuddle and is so friendly with other people and other dogs!

We get stopped on the street all the time because people want to pet her and all my friends have offered to puppysit anytime so I never thought that would happen =)
Anyway, she has been great and I just wanted to thank you! My fiance has been away on deployment in Afghanistan for the last 2 months and I must say Dexy is such a great companion to have while he is away! Thanks and enjoy the pictures!

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]argent1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hello Elena, This is Rebecca, my boyfriend Jeff and I came to your home a few weeks ago and purchased puppy «Agent». I just wanted to write to you and your husband and let you know that this puppy is the most wonderful thing that has happened to us. We have named him Charlie and have fallen so in love with him it has completely changed my life for the better. [/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]argent2[/wpcol_1third_end]

He is in pristine health and doing very well with crate and potty training. Everyday I am amazed by how intelligent he is, and how much he is constantly learning and retaining.

Every person who meets him cannot believe how well behaved and handsome he is and I am left beaming with motherly pride! He is 16 pounds and has really grown into his ears, which are still huge and absolutely adorable. I just wanted to thank you both for helping us find this perfect little monster and let you know that he is doing quite well. He goes on 45 minutes walks every evening and holds his own play fighting with my father’s catahoula leopard dog who is 4 times his size. He is the perfect dog and we cannot recommend you as breeders enough.
Thank you again. Rebecca.

We’re having so much fun with her. It’s hard work raising a bulldogs, but its totally worth it! I’m sure you know. She’s such a gorgeous and amazing bulldog. I’ve attached a few pictures. I’m sure you’ll love them! They are taken by a good photographer friend. Some pictures are taken in July 2009 and the more recent ones are taken in October 2009. She is really, really smart. [/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]beauty_n4[/wpcol_1third_end]

She is understanding her commands, but having some difficulty learning to poo poo and pee outside. However, she is getting better at not doing her «duty» in the house. She’ll get it, we’re certain of that. She is still spunky (which is perfect for us!), and very, very loving. She will have a good, long, exciting life with us — I promise! Thank you for «Beauty» now named «Zoahlie» or «Zoey» here in Northern California. Pictures attached, hope you like them. We are in our house with our other dogs; at my mom’s house for Christmas; hiking in a state park in Bend, Oregon; in the snow in Oregon.
Thanks again, Angela (No. California)

Neffertitti in her new home in Utah

Elena,these guys are awsome!
Sting is very much like you described and more! We both feel bad we got delayed picking them up. Neffertitti is just precious! they seem to have settled in rather quickly! We expected a long night of hearing puppies crying. But they slept really well and are finding their place here just fine. They both are beautiful!

We do like her and sting on the bed just like you said! They are adorable.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]nefertiti2[/wpcol_1third_end]

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Barby Doll in her new home
Elena — I am sorry it has taken me so long to let you know how Rosie (Barby Doll) is doing, but we had a VERY busy Christmas. Our female english bulldog was diagnosed with a malignant tumor and we have been taking care of her. Rosie went to the vet and he was very happy with her. She weighed 16 lbs when I got her home and weighed 21.2 lbs on Jan. 3 went she went to the vet. I have attached a picture of her with us at Grandma’s house. We are very happy — but she does not like to go outside in the cold to go to the bathroom. She is very smart and I’m sure she will get the hang of it pretty soon. Thanks so much for such a great dog — Curt could not have been happier and he loves her very much!![/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_2third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]barbydoll[/wpcol_2third_end]

Perfect Breeder!!!
If you are looking for an English Bulldog this is the place to find it. Elena has some of the best dogs that you will find at ANY price. Our newest little girl from Olina is 6mos. old and already 48lbs.

Blue female in her new home in NY

Elena,
Lola is doing so great!!! She is actually very smart and we all love her. She is spoiled and we all had a great Christmas . She liked her jacket and all her new toys we got her but not her Santa hat so much. We did get one quick picture though before she yanked it off. Here it is: You can see she’s not fond of the hat LOL!

 [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]bluefem1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Thank you so much for her!!! Lucy in her new home

Elena,
It’s been a little more than year since our French Bulldog, Lucy, joined our family. Before we got her, you had named her Christie. She’s such a terrific dog! She has vitalized our two pugs, and has the greatest , fun-loving personality. She’s grown to about 25 pounds, and our vet says she’s very healthy and in great condition. The only drawback is that the pugs taught her to bark, and like everything else she does, she’s the best barker of the three. I’m not complaining, however, because her barking has not gotten out of hand.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]lucy1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Here are two pictures of Lucy showing off for our black pug, Bodie. I hope all continues to go well for you, Phil, and your family. I often think about the night we got her, all your beautiful bulldogs, and how glad I am that we found you.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]lucy2[/wpcol_1third_end]

If you don’t remember me, I’m the man who forgot his checkbook, so while I went home to get it, you and Phil had a bet regarding whether or not I would come back. Phil won the bet.
I wish you the Lord’s blessing!
Pete.

Here are some current pictures of Orest. We re-named in Sarge. Dave is a Master Sargeant in the US Air Force, so that is where «Sarge» came from. He is doing wonderful and is a handful at times. We are working on his biting, he is just playing but he doesnt know his own strength! He is almost completely house trained and crate trained. He loves his kennel in our garage, he is so spoiled he has his own t.v. in his kennel to keep him company when we are out. We still have alot of snow here, so he hasnt been able to spend a lot of time outdoors yet, just for potty breaks.
Thanks again, Rhonda.

Elena,
Silvestre is doing great. He thinks he is A BABY DOG…… but he is 60 pounds. He loves to sit in people’s laps and on the recliner. Spoiled baby. He sits in our lap to watch TV at night. He whines if he is not allowed up on our your lap. Isn’t that funny? Silvestre LOVES the snow. Thank you very much for a beautiful puppy!
Take care. Liz and John.

I will get her into the vets as soon as possible for her check up—I’ll keep you posted. She is adorable and she seems to be adjusting very well. Thank you so much!

Alik in his new home

Dear Elena, I just wanted to let you know how Alik is doing:
Day 1: Alik arrived in his new home at 7:30 pm Sunday March 16, 2008 to mixed reviews. Heathcliff my 50lb black Shar-Pei tried to smother him with kisses and scared poor Alik into hiding. Smokey my other 55lb black Shar-Pei looked upon Alik as a new curiosity while Zolly my year old French bulldog ignored him completely because she wasn’t ready to relinquish her #1 status. Once all the commotion of the new dog in the house wore off Alik began to explore his new home with interest. He especially liked the back yard and all of the toys. Before we knew it, it was time for bed. I showed him how to get on the bed once and that was all it took. Alik chose to sleep in my arms while Zolly slept between my legs and Heathcliff took a position where he could watch over us all. He has always been the great protector. Alik got me up last at 2:30 am to take him out to potty. Once he came back in he wanted everyone to play with him so I didn’t get much sleep, but I am not complaining. Alik did so much better than I ever expected and he hasn’t had a single accident. The only causality was my sleep depravation.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]alik1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Day2:We survived our first night together. What a difference a night makes. Today Alik is a completely different dog. It is like he has always lived here. Now, all the dogs get along perfectly and Alik has been accepted into the pack. He ate like a horse this morning and was finally relaxed enough in his new surroundings to begin his new daily routine.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]alik2[/wpcol_1third_end]

He took his vitamins and didn’t understand that the treats given out were not all for him. I put Alik in the backyard for awhile before I left for work and he figured out how to come back in through the doggie door on his own. I was very impressed at how quickly he learns. He is not a dog who wants to be left behind. I put him in my bathroom with gates to make sure he was safe while I was at work on his first full day at home. I hated putting him in there since he did not want to be alone, but I was more concerned with his well being. He cried his little heart out when I left, but I turned the radio on to keep him company and left him lots of toys to play with. I came home for lunch to check on him and he was waiting for me at the front door with the other dogs. The living room was full of toys and it looked like he and Zolly had emptied the toy box and were having a big time playing. I was amazed when I went to my bathroom and all was as I left it. Alik must have jumped the gate. I could not believe that a dog that size could jump that high, but he was determined to join the other dogs. Before I left to go back to work I wanted to see if I could get him to go out the doggie door from inside. I had him going in and out on his own in about 3 minutes. I have never trained a dog so fast and without the other dog’s help. It is amazing how smart he is. I tried to raise the gate in the bathroom, but he was at the front door before I got there. Houdini was not going to be left behind so I decided to let him stay out with the other dogs. When I got home from work I went to my room to change and I noticed him sitting in front of my mirror gazing at his reflection. The mirror was full of nose prints so this was not the first time he admired himself there. I ground his toe nails and he was perfect for me. As a reward I took the dogs to the park and I had Alik on a leash for the first time. Walking 4 dogs at once is a challenge, but I rose to it and we all had fun. Alik has found all of Zolly’s toy boxes and Zolly gets so upset with him when he takes her favorite toys. Zolly is very spoiled and for the first time she must learn to share. She will come around. I was exhausted from lack of sleep the previous nigh so I was determined to turn in early. All the dogs settled right down and we all slept until my alarm went off the next morning.
Day 3: Alik stares at himself in front of the mirror as I get ready for work. Zolly’s cold shoulder is finally wearing down and she is beginning to seek him out to play. It was only a matter of time before she finally fell under his spell too. Alik is the absolute sweetest dog who has the best nature. All the dogs get along so well together and Alik and Heathcliff have become best buddies.
Elena, I can’t thank you enough for getting Alik for me. I just wanted to let you know how well everything has worked out. Alik could not have a better home and he is very much loved. I am taking him to the vet on Saturday and everyone there is very excited to meet him because the all love Zolly so much. Some of my friends thought I had lost my mind when I told them about Alik, but now that they have met him they have fallen for him too. Elena you have the best dogs and I really appreciate all of the kindness you have shown me and the help you have provided in choosing both of my French bulldogs for me.

Hello Elena, Darling is doing VERY well. She is so so smart and very happy. She loves Antosha, they sleep together and nap together and do very well walking together side by side. They are so beautiful. Antosha is the man ofthe house, very protective of her, but is still a puppy and needs the loving attention as well. So we hold her and pet him and he is happy. She is very food motivated and is doing very well with potty training. She seems so well adjusted I know that she was loved so much by phil, that is why she is doing so good. I am taking her to the vet today. The asked me which vet in Colerain she had her procedure done at? If you know his name I will tell our vet to call and get health records. here are some pictures. We love her so much, tell Phil that she is loved and that we are very happy that he treated her so well.
Have a great day, Maggie, Rob, Tucker, and Rosemary Darling

But the four romp around the yard like the cutest pack you have ever seen! Tishka is the sweetest little baby I could dream for. When he is happy and excited and puts his ears back, he has the sweetest expression like he is smiling ear to ear. Tosha is able to jump up on all the furniture, Tishka needs help! Timmi in his new home in Scottsville, Virginia

Elena, The family is gone now and our house is back to normal. I hope this email finds you well and your just very busy with good business. Timmi is lying under my feet as usual right now as I am emailing you. I know if he could tell you anything, it would be that he is a very happy boy and wishing you well too. I think he is the most beautiful Frenchie. He and I have an amazing bond that words can’t explaine. He has no idea he is a dog and we won’t dare tell him otherwise. He likes getting treats and toys as much as the little ones do. His favorite past times are a good body rub, RV road trips (As you can see in the photos), Playing ball, Eating and of coarse napping. He is doing so well with the housebreaking.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]timmi1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]No accidents now in the past 2 weeks. He was a challenge but we conquered it(hooray!!). I go to your web site every day and check out the pictures. Dasha is a beautiful dog, if the people that put a deposit on Dasha back out of the purchase will you please save her for me. I like her build. It is very thick like an english bulldog which I love in the frenchie. I was looking at satisfied customers on your website and wanted to know who Alik Male black and white frenchie was out of as well as Shantelle Female fawn and white frenchie. There was also a blue frenchie they call Lola that was really pretty.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]timmi2[/wpcol_1third_end]

I like that type of build and didn’t know if it was typical of the parents to throw those compact big wrinkly frenchie with the short legs and wide chest. When I look at the parents page, you have two white males that are gorgeous too. Are you still using them for stud? Which puppies did they produce? Was Dasha out of one of those two white males? Well, I know you have a lot to do, but if you get a puppy you think I couldn’t live without and is very thick boned with large head and wrinkles please email me pics. Take care and God
Bless you, Katherine Wright

 [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]talisman1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hello Elena,
We are really enjoying having our little Frenchie! We bought Lai-Ci from you in July (he was originally named Talisman), we named him ‘Lai-Ci’ meaning red envelope in Chinese. He is the most adorable, sweet and healthy puppy. Yesterday we took him out to the dog beach near San Francisco for the first time. He had a blast exploring the beach and meeting other dogs. He jumped into the cold water once but quickly realized that he should not go into the water. He had such a big day, he snored all the way home.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]talisman2[/wpcol_1third_end]

We recently installed a doggie door for him and he is now house broken, which didn’t take long at all! He sits, shakes hands and loves to roll-over for belly rubs. We’re so thankful to have him, he makes every day such a pleasure!
Thanks Elena!
Warm regards, Ly Nguyen and Jeremy Kwong Milpitas, CA

Hi Elena, I’m sorry it has been so long!! I’ve now had Iggy (used to be Dustin) for over a year and I just wanted to send a few pictures and tell you what an amazing dog he is. He is far better than I could have ever imagined. Iggy settled in well to his new life here in Long Beach, CA. He comes to the office with me every day to play with a few other dogs, and we go to the local beaches and parks all the time. He used to be really scared of the ocean, but now he runs and plays and hops like a little bunny rabbit in the waves. He comes home soaking wet, salty and sandy and loves every minute of it. Iggy has always been playful & affectionate- he plays well with other dogs, and his best friend is a 6 lb yorkie, who Iggy chases around like mad but is always very gentle with. My best friend completely trusts her baby daughter with him, as he’s so good natured. One thing people often comment about about is how handsome he is- and that, while undeniably a frenchie, he looks different. He’s actually very big (29 lbs!!) but had a great physique and amazing face and markings. I get stopped all the time by people wanting to know what he is, and have passed your names on many times. We went to a local french bulldog beauty contest parade, and have also joined a local french bulldog club. We get together about once a month and let 40-50 frenchies all tear around the dog park. He is totally healthy! The vet says he’s in fantastic health, and he’s very fit! So thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing little Iggy to me- he is the joy in my life, and I will definitely get another frenchie from you again!!! You have amazing wonderful dogs, and it is evident not just in their looks but in their wonderful personalities.
All My Best, Ashley Scranton.

But she loves the other dogs and kids. We always have a lot of people over for dinners. So she has met a lot of friends. She loves my 8 year old boy. She only gets nervous now when she is in new places. But after a couple of minutes she is fine. She steals everyones hearts. She follows me where ever I go. You seem like a nice honest person. Thanks so much for her. Ill send you photos every couple of month so you can see how well she is doing. I send you the rest of the money soon also.

Hi,Elena.
I just wanted to send you new pictures. I have been saying for a while now that I was going to.
She is doing very good. She is very playful. We can’t leave anything on the end tables because she gets a hold of everything and rips it to shreds. She loves to play and shred empty pop cases.
She makes a very good guard dog. She barks at other people walking their dogs down the street. She goes after their dogs. We are trying to teach her not to do that. That is very hard.
She has learned that when she goes outside and is ready to come in before our other dog that she can jump up in the chair and look in the window so that we know she is ready to come in.
Well, I hope you enjoy these new pictures.
Krisann.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]regina3[/wpcol_1third_end]

Hello Elena,
I wanted to send you my address for her papers… She is doing fine with the high er altitude and I have learned my lesson not to feed her barbecue brisket in tiny bites. She really wanted some and it was so tender and delicious, but was not so good on the way back out.
She is the star of our house and friends fall in love the minute they see her. She loves to play a running game where she dashes through the house round and round then wants to be held… which I am glad to do. I’m planning to get her microchipped in hopes of never losing her. I keep my eye on her just like when my 2 children were babies because she is my baby. I wish I could get 3 or 4 more dogs from you. Maybe some day!
Sincerely Jackie.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Dear Elena,
it has been a wonderful 8 days getting to know this little girl. The first day here she learned to sit and wear a halter to go outside. I didn’t want to use a collar that might choke her she is so full of energy! The first few nights she and i slept on a bed in an extra bedroom just to get the feeling of her potty times. We are still working on that but she gets a certain look, starts to sniff and is ready to go outside. By her 4th night she was in our king-size bed sleeping between my husband and I like queen of the house which she is! Her coat is so smooth and beautiful I have a tiny brush that I brush her with and she likes it… she also gets to chew on it a little.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]

Elena,
Thank you so much for my precious baby, Rocko. He has truly been a joy to my life and has such an amazing personality. I named him after my nephew who passed away, and when I received his papers I realized Rocko’s birthday was the day after my nephew’s birthday. He has grown into such a good looking Frenchie. Rocko also became a dad on August 18, 2006 to 6 adorable frenchies-3 boys/3 girls! The puppies are all adorable and doing very well. Hi Elena,
How are you? We just got back from our dog show. Jim took Mandarin-Marshall over to watch the French bulldogs, oh boy did Mandarin-Marshall turn some heads! People were asking all about Mandarin-Marshall, questions like were did we get him from ,how much did we pay for him, ( one lady said we must have paid at least 3 thousand for him). and the big question was,are you showing him today. We told them that as soon as we get his papers we will show him. The handlers seemed to be relieved that they did not have to show against him for now. Frenchie people really like the way Mandarin’s-Marshalls body was built. And of course they loved his color. Mandarin-Marshall took the weekend with great happiness. nothing seemed to spook him. He loved staying at the hotel. This means a lot when you are traveling to shows. I have friends that take their dogs to shows and it makes their dogs nervous. Ace (my Aussie) showed ok for his first show. In his class he took a first on Sat. and a second on Sunday
I like the photos on you web sight,
talk to you later Tina.

I wanted to send you the latest pictures of Tootsy and our new addition Danilla. It was such a loving act of kindness from championpups.com to send me this loving boy after the loss of our Sherif. Danilla has help us, my son in particular, elevate the pain of losing such a loved Sherif.
Danilla is different in some ways but when it comes to giving love, he gives it all the time. Tootsy and Danilla are inseparable and partners in crime. Again, thank you Elena of Championpups.com for another wonderful Frenchie.

She has so many unique things about her that make life so much enjoyable! She’s so funny to watch and see how she observes different situations in her day to day experiences in life! She’s so SPOILED it’s not even funny! :) She’s the QUEEN, what more can we say! She FAT AND HAPPY!! She loves everyone so much and loves to go play outside and play tuggy and is definatly THE SOCK MONSTER! She will take them right off your feet and find when your not looking! She’s when you eat something and wont give her ANY, or if you dont share! :( She doesn’t care what it might be, she just wants it! Loves pomela2to pluck kleenex’s out of the box when your not looking, then she’ll tear them into a bunch of tinny peices, and she thinks it’s cute! :) Our other dog (Dutchess) loves to treat her like she’s her own baby, and keeps her clean! Love’s to sleep right next to you, until you start to get hot then she’ll move down to the other end of the couch. She’s been so much fun, we can’t thank you enough for her! She’s been a blast to have as our own! She’s deffinatly a pet we have never one like, but she does like to make some goofy sounds, you have NEVER HEARD before!!! We’ll keep you posted on how she’s doing! Thanks again!

Marmelad in his new home in Venice, California

marmelad1Hi Elena,
Hope you are well. Just to give you little update on Marmelad, he is fabulous, picked him up Monday took him home to check out his new digs, we then went to the vet, he has an ear infection, probably the flight, so I have drops for him, everything else all good, feeding him chicken & rice. He had a slight bit of diarreha, but good now! I love love him, he is wonderful….Put the biggest smile on my face. We ended up having to do a photo shoot on Thursday with Avril Lavaigne, the singer, she wants to be his new dog sitter! He is adored! He sleeps in my bed, in my neck as you said Elena!, He loves heaters. Going to start training him next week, he is getting used to his lead…Misses you both! I will post off his vet record at weekend & send you photos. I hope you don’t mind I am going to call him archie, do you like? I think it suits him, I don’t want to confuse him but think it is quite him.
Speak next week,

CHRISTY in her new home in Cincinnati Ohio

Dear Elena and Phil,
I hope all is going well for you and your family with Christmas upon us in two days. It doesn’t seem like it was a week ago that we met and took our Frenchie home with us. She is an absolute hit with everyone! Our daughters took pictures of her to school, and ever since Monday evening, their friends have come over to see her. Our youngest, Katie, whom you met, christyis on the Finneytown Women’s basketball team, and sure enough, the whole team came over to see her. She has handled this much attention very well. You were quite right when you told us she is playful — what an entertainer!
Across the board, those who have seen her say they have never heard of French Bulldogs, let alone ever seen one. Several times I showed them your website and linked to your «sold puppies» page to give them an idea of what she will become.

Our three other dogs are each adjusting to her in their own way. Hunter is our 11-yr Golden Retreiver. With her in the house, we now call him ‘Grandpa.’ He lets her crawl all over him and chew his ears. Our 6-yr fawn Pug is named Pug, but we now call him ‘Uncle P.’ He is the least enamered with her; he just keeps his distance. Bodie is our 4-yr bkack Pug; now called ‘Uncle B’ has accepted her almost immediately, and the play and romp when they’re not eating, sleeping, or working on housebreaking her. As you would guess, all the regular exercise and the regular feeding schedule makes it easier to predict her need to go out to the fenced bakyard for a nature break. She’s doing fairly well in that regard.
Are you growing tired of me beating around the bush regarding her name? It is Lucy, as I think we mentioned we were considering when we came back with the checkbook. We were inspired by the name of one of your other pups, Luchiya.
And by the way, as I expected she would be, Deborah was brought to tears at the sight of Lucy. Thank you more than I can express for the great job you do in breeding these wonderful dogs. I could tell as soon as we met you that this is more than a business for you both. I’d love for you to meet Deborah and Alexandra, our oldest daughter (I brought Victoria (16) and Katie (14) with me last week) and for them to meet you and have a chance to see your family of bulldogs.
I pray you have a blessed Christmas and wish you the best for the coming year.
Pete
PS: Here’s a shot of Lucy with Uncle B!

Hi Elena and Phil!
Just wanted to thank you both for making the process of purchasing a puppy such a wonderful experience. Oreana is even more beautiful then in her pictures. Everyone thinks she is just the cutest puppy ever and even the vet told me that she was one of the best bred french bulldogs she’d ever seen. She is such a sweetie, too. She cuddles with me and gives me lots of love and she gets along great with my other two dogs. She seems to like it here in Las Vegas. Her favorite activity (aside from playing with my other dogs and fighting her reflection in the mirror) seems to be laying out in the sun by the pool. I can tell that you raised her with love and I want to let you know how much I appriciate you taking such good care of her until I found her. She is perfect. And I will be buying from you again in the future (when I can find the space for another!).
Thank you also for the cute jacket. It has come in handy at night since it gets a little chilly. I will be sending back the signed heath gaurentee sometime this week (she checked out great, just worm belly but it was not a big deal and she’s over it already). I will keep in touch and send you pictures so you can see her grow. Thank you so much. We love her. Please feel free to have future owners contact me as a reference anytime.
With sincere gratitude,
Kristen

Dear Elena and Phill.
I wanted to send you pictures of Misha and myself and hopefully you could see the love. You could never imagine how much I love Misha. He has become my companion and closest friend. We do have our occasional disagreements but we always make up. He is such a smart pup and has me wrapped around his paw. He attends dog training every saturday and has become the popular one in the bunch. I thank you so much for connecting us.
I will keep you updated as we socialize with your other Frenchies now living in New Jersey.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Hi Elena.
I wanted to send you my most updated picture of Queen Tootsy. I call her the Queen because even though she is younger than Danilla, she makes him look like a prince who follows her around. I have to put her on time out while Danilla eats or drinks water. She stands in front of him and dares him to move so he just sits there until I move her out of the room. This week I had an awful scare with these two partners in crime. Of course Tootsy is the leader and Danilla the follower. I just spent over $7000.00 putting in a vinyl fence to keep them from leaving my yard. As you remember, that is how I lost my beloved Sheriff. Well, the Queen dug a hole under the fence and Danilla followed and they were gone for over 2 hours. My heart was in my hand at the same time wondering who do I explain this one to Elena. Well my son and I covered over 10 acres of woods and ponds calling their names. We called and called non-stop. Well low and behold they must of heard us and they found their way back home. I was so relieved and thrilled that I had not lost my babies. After a good talking too, they realized they did what they were not supposed to do. Of course they got no biscuit for doing what they did but they did get a chewy for finding their way back home. All I can tell you and Phil is that these dogs are extremely smart. I will be microchiping them very soon in case Tootsy decides to take Danilla for another walk. I love my babies.

Dear Elena, Thank you for the opportunity to own such an amazing dog. I have had Shar-Pei’s for over 20 years and never thought I would ever consider another breed. I had lost a most beloved female and my boys had not been the same since her death. When I contacted you to come and see your dogs I had no real intention of buying a dog. I thought I might want a smaller dog, but my main goal was to see and learn more about the French Bulldog breed since I knew nothing about them. Seeing the parents as well as the offspring, I felt, would give me a much better idea of the breed as a whole. You were so kind and gracious to me and I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I went to your home. I have bred Shar-Pei’s and have had more than a few champion puppies come out of my litters so I know a well bred dog when I see one. All of your dogs had the most beautiful coats, the most wonderful personalities and they were the total pictures of health. I fell instantly in love with them. Every puppy was of such a high quality it was hard to choose one. You listened to me carefully and understood exactly what I was looking for and I was a little more than surprised when you selected my puppy for me. I have always chosen my own animals, but in the end you picked the perfect puppy to best suit my needs. Zolly was the ideal dog for me. She is so sweet and loveable. You just can’t help but fall in love with her. My two male Shar-Pei’s just love her and I was so worried that Heathcliff would not get along with her, but I am happy to report he is totally smitten by her. My vet was very impressed with her also. He told me she is one of the nicest French Bulldogs he has seen and he is very familiar with the breed. I can’t thank you enough for all you have done for me. Your dogs are the absolute best and I would never consider buying from another breeder. I am sending pictures to show you how happy and relaxed she is in her new home. I would recommend your dogs to anyone. They are the best of the best!
LuAnn.

Larisa in her new home in Ohio

Hi Elena, I really enjoyed meeting you and your husband, yesterday. It was nice to see, how much you care about your dogs. Larisa is doing better today. She got sick and was throwing up, most of the way home. I fed her and gave her water last night. She is much more comfortable today. Yes, she misses you very much, I can tell. I knew she would be missing you, when I saw how close, she was with you, before I left.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]larisa1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]When she was laying under your chair and you were feeding her water, I could see the close bond you both had. I think she will become attached to me and my son in time. She likes to lay by my sons side when he plays his games on the TV and she loves our cat. The first one to greet her was the cat. She ran up and rubbed against Larisa and they are good friends.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]larisa2[/wpcol_1third_end]

I am slowly introducing her to my male afghan. They only get together outside on leashes. Larisa saw the female bedlington and acted like she was going to fight her. The bedlington didnt do anything but Larisa was very dominant. That really surprised me. I am not going to let them be together at all. I think Larisa is comming into heat, so I am going to keep her away from my male too. Have you noticed the female french bulldogs personality changing when they are in heat? I know the other breeds I have had over the years do. I had one afghan hound female that was so sweet, but when she was in heat, she was a monster and would snap at all the dogs. Then when her heat cycle was over, she would revert back to being a sweet dog. I guess it is dog PMS. I took her for a short ride in the car on my lap and she did fine today. I did not want her to be afraid of cars, from her bad experience on the way home. We rolled down the window and drove slow and she enjoyed it. I bought a harness for her today and she is doing good. I want to get her trained on a leash, so we can go to the park. I will give Larisa a kiss for you! Thank you for selling her to me. Could you email me the pictures of Larisa’s parrents? I wanted to show them to my son, Tyler. I have included my information for her papers below.
Take care, Von.

Beatrissa in her new home in Florida

Greetings Elena!
Bertie (Beatrissa) is well. Actually she is better than well. She went to the vet yesterday received her shots and and many compliments both on her beautiful markings and her sweet disposition. She is the light of our life! My children adore her and she them. Hans is the only one who was a little unsure in the first few days. But Bertie in her way is winning him over. You were so right about how smart she is! We just love her so much and cannot thank you enough for both of our angels that you sent to us. Hans is goofy and childlike with a zest for life and food! He entertains us with all of his crazy antics, but when he is a tired little man he just wants to cuddle up and get loved. Bertie is gentle yet fierce! She did not back down to Hans and my other dog (who is a female pug) in the first evening after her arrival during their initial inspection of the new kid on the block. She was so brave I loved her forever in that instance. She loves to give kisses and is truly so affe ctionate.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]beatrissa1[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]The first few days she didn’t do much but o buddy now-she has come alive. She more hops than runs it is hysterical and she moves so fast for such a tiny thing! She is eating well with no stomach issues and we are feeding her three times a day early morning mid afternoon and evening. She eats the Enforce diet from the honest kitchen and she loves it.[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]beatrissa2[/wpcol_1third_end]

She sleeps throughout the night in my room and tends to roll over on her back belly up. At first you could tell she was used to sleeping with the other puppies as she would move and move but we bought for her a stuffed puppy slightly larger than she with similar markings and she usually lays over it and sleeps peacefully. I think she seems extremely happy and settled and we are so glad she is here. Both of these lovely bulldogs have been a wonderful addition to our family and are very loved. I will include a few photos that I took with my phone but I have some gorgeous photos of her and Hans that I have taken with a bet ter camera I just have to figure out how to import them to my computer. I will forward them when I get it right! Again thanks so much to you and Phil, and Bertie says hi!
Fondly, Brook.

[wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]beatrissa3[/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third id=»» class=»» style=»»]Greetings Elena,
We promised you some photos so here are a few! Bertie is growing so fast and becoming quite the wild child. We can’t imagine life before her..she is wonderful, and so incredibly smart. She is almost completely trained to go outside even goes to the door to let us know, so clever![/wpcol_1third] [wpcol_1third_end id=»» class=»» style=»»]beatrissa4[/wpcol_1third_end]

She is nothing like we read about english bulldogs as she is not quiet and speaks her mind frequently. Plays and plays, she is the silent stalker in her play!! We swear she can understand english sometimes. I mean sooooo smart. We keep a good eye on her weight as she would eat until her sides split, and the vet says she is doing excellent. So again we thank you for sending us again Bertie and Hans.
