THIS HEALTH CONTRACT GUARANTEE FOR ONE YEAR ON OUR PUPPIES FOR ANY GENETIC PROBLEM!
This contract does NOT cover normal conditions of this breed (french or english bulldog)
such as: cherry eye, entropion or ectropion, loose hips or knees, patellar
luxation (1,2,3 grate),allergies, soft palate issues, trachea issues, stenotic nares,
inverted tails, skin allergies, fertility issues, parasitic, fungal or bacterial
infection, respiratory infection, undescended testicles.
THIS GUARANTEE IF NOT COVER GENETIC DEMODEX MANGE AND ANY PROBLEM WITH ANY SKIN
CONDITIONS!
Demodectic mange, also called "demodicosis," is caused by a microscopic mite
of the Demodex genus. Three species of Demodex mites have been identified in dogs:
Demodex canis, Demodex gatoi, and Demodex injai.
DEMODICOSIS HAS THREE FORMS
FORM #1: LOCALIZED
FORM #2: GENERALIZED
FORM #3: DEMODECTIC PODODERMATITIS
The most common mite of demodectic
mange is Demodex canis.
All dogs raised normally by their mothers possess this mite as mites
are transferred from mother to pup via cuddling during the first few
days of life. Most dogs live in harmony with their mites, never
suffering any consequences from being parasitized. If, however,
conditions change to upset the natural equilibrium (such as some kind
of suppression of the dog's immune system), the Demodex mites may "gain
the upper hand." The mites proliferate and can cause serious skin
disease.
BUT IF YOU WILL FOLLOW ALL OUR RECOMMENDATION:
KEEP PUPPY WITH RIGHT FOOD, VITAMINS AND DO NOT GIVE
PUPPY A STRESS IMMUNE SYSTEM OF YOUR PUPPY WILL BE VERY STRONG AND PUPPY WILL NOT
HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH MANGE AND ANY SKIN CONDITION!
This guarantee does not cover what is considered normal for the bulldog breeds,
such as: cherry eye, loose hips, skin allergies, skin yeasts, skin fungus,
elongated soft palate, under bite, stenotic nares, snorty breathing, inverted tail
or inverted vulva and occasional heart murmurs of a 1, 2 or 3 level, that are not
of a life threatening nature. (dogs carrying some congenital defects will not be
recommended for breeding and no breeding rights will be allowed with these
specific sales.) All our dogs are vet checked before sales and any foreseeable
issues must be disclosed to buyer. Nondisclosure is not at option but it is
understood that some of these "normal bulldog issues" can occur later in life and
are not the fault of the breeder.
All puppies Sold will be honestly represented and evaluated as accurately as possible.
Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a reputable veteranarian within 72 hours
from the time of the purchase & to have the Veterinary Examination Report completed
by the attending veterinarian. This report must be returned to seller immediately
following the examination. Failure to return written report within 24 hours of exam
invalidates this contract.
If this veterinarian establishes a MAJOR problem such as incurable Illness that
will effect puppies life span, (internal, external, parasites & kennel cough excluded)
with the puppy upon initial examination, puppy must be returned immdiately within
72 hours of purchase date. Seller reserves the right to have puppy examined by a
veterinarian of seller's choice, before exchange is made.
We will replace the puppy with a new one, If no replacment is available at that time,
seller will have 12 months to furnish satisfactory replacment. During that time, buyer
will be given a voucher for the puppy & notified IMMEDIANTLY when comparable puppy is
available. ALL exchanges are limited to the same value of purchase price of the puppy.
The puppy cannot be returned after the quarantine period has expired and/or if it has
been exposed to another animal, which has not been kept current on their vaccinations.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any puppy
showing signs of illness or distress & failure to do so will render any guarantee null
and void. Under no circumstance is a puppy to be destroyed prior to notification by
the seller. If a puppy dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment,
replacment will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death.
Seller will not be held liable for any medical or behavioral problems due to transit.
This will be only upon the return of the original puppy with AKC/Other registration
Papers to company CHAMPION PUPS. If death occurs an autopsy will be required for a replacement.
Puppy is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchased against genetic defects only
if the following guidlines are followed exactly:
a) The buyer must notify seller of any genetic defect immediantly.
b) A written statement as to the genetic defect must be provided to us from
buyer's veterinarian.
c) A written second opinion from another veterinarian must be provided to us
from buyer
d) Seller's veteraniarian will examine the puppy. After these guidlines are
followed, if there is a genetic defect present we will provide a replacment
puppy of the same value. And take your puppy back.
Should buyer choose to relinquish ownership of the puppy to company CHAMPION PUPS,
we will replace the puppy, less any Shipping or Miscellaneous charges necessary
for transportation of puppy to/from this location.
AKC/Other Reg. Papers with a signed transfer must accompany the puppy.
Veterinarian or Emerergency Veteraian care expensed incurred by the buyer,
for any reason, will Not be company CHAMPION PUPS responsibility.
AKC/Other Registration Papers will be supplied or will be Mailed as soon as
received.
Show/Breeder Quality, Size, Color, and Temperament of Puppy is Not guaranteed.
This Contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
This contract is Null and Void if the terms and Conditions are not fulfilled & if the
contract is not signed & returned back to me within
96 hours (72 hours + 24 hours after vet visit) of purchasing the puppy.
This agreement is made and entered into the State of California and shall be enforced
and interpreted under the laws of this state.

If Buyer decide's they cannot keep Puppy/Adult dog for any reason, I will be the "First"
Notified to Purchase Baby/Adult animal back, before anybody else is allowed to purchase
animal back. And of course receiving Puppy/Dog back with Full AKC/Other Papers as well.
This Document is Subject to Change at anytime.
Puppy/Dog Instructions:
* Puppy must be fed Puppy Food, & Watered 3 to 4 times daily for the first year of it's
life.
* Puppy must be Vaccinated if needed
* Puppy must receive Rabies Shots between 3 & 4 months of age once a year, along
with other Vaccinations once a year.
* It is also required that puppy receives a Fecal exam, & checked by your local Vet
that puppy has clean bill of health.
* Puppy/Dog Should Not~ be left outside if weather is 90% degrees or more. Even with
Shade a puppy/Dog can get way to Hot, & have a possible heat stroke.
* We also advise that if you are wanting to breed, that you make sure from your Vet
that the dog is Show/Breeder quality, & in perfect health so that you can continue
to better the breed!!
And those conditions are excluded from any guarantee and are not valid to reject the
puppy due to these conditions. The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by your
veterinarian at your expense within 96 hours from date of purchase. If the
veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the
seller immediately. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our
veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable or a breed
related minor condition (for example Cherry Eye, Entropion, skin allergies,illness of
skin is not covered and no condition which could go away, or is considered to be a
condition which a puppy will likely grow out of is covered.
This guarantee does not cover illness of a skin (ringworm or any kind of mange),
because French and English bulldogs have very sensitive skin.
And your puppy can easily to be ill influenced by skin infection in the places puppy
visits which sick animals attended: e.g. in pet mart, veterinary clinic,
parks and other places. The age period of a life of your puppy when there is a change
of teeth is especially very dangerous. To prevent diseases of an infection of a skin.
You need is necessary to give vitamins to your puppy: BREWERS YEAST (EXCEL 8 in 1)
with Omega 3 Fatty Acids and Garlic. These vitamins provides proteins, zinc and Biotin
for healthy skin and coat and helps reduce shedding.
We can't give guarantee to what size of nose passes English and French bulldogs have,
because they have a flat nose. If you do not like that your puppy snores you can do an
operation to him in order to expand his nostrils. We is not covered this operation.
We cannot also garantee the cherry eye because it occurs very often with bulldogs. You
need close your puppy's eye and make a light massage and try to put the cherry eye
back. If you can't put back your puppy needs immediate veterinary help to take the
cherry eye away. We is not covered this operation.
This guarantee does not cover baby hernia and we will not covered surgery for
baby hernia.
This guarantee does not include Parvo, Coccidia, GIARDIA and another parasites,
Kennel Cough or Respiratory infection.
This contract does NOT cover normal conditions of this breed (french or english bulldog)
such as: cherry eye, entropion or ectropion, loose hips or knees, patellar
luxation (1,2,3 grate), allergies, soft palate issues, trachea issues, stenotic nares,
inverted tails, skin allergies, fertility issues, parasitic, fungal or bacterial
infection, respiratory infection, undescended testicles.
This quarantee does not include Elongated Soft Palate.
This guarantee does not cover hip dysplasia (genetic or not genetic),
because Hip dysplasia is a common condition that occurs mostly in larger breed dogs,
including English or french Bulldogs.
If the dog is then found not to be in good health, Seller will resume possession if
this is agreeable to both parties. Seller does not accept responsibility for
contagious disease diagnosed after 96 hours from the date of purchase. Your dog
has been tested and examined for many conditions to assure his health. Heat stroke,
exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are not covered in any way.
He/She must be an indoor dog.
Your puppy should NEVER be given any LYME or LEPTO vaccine at any point in their life! This vaccine is not proven to be effective
and can result in many complications and illnesses. It is simply better to prevent your dog from getting ticks by applying
Frontline/Revolution ONLY, monthly . Avoid any and all over the counter flea and tick medications as they can cause very serious ill side
effects even death!! If your puppy is given a lyme or lepto vaccine at any point, all guarantees are null and void!
You puppy/dog should also NEVER be given a Lepto vaccine if avoidable as this vaccine can initiate an allergic reaction in the bull dog
breed which can cause respiratory distress and possible death. If you live in an area where leptospirosis is seen frequently and your vet
insists on this vaccine, which we do not agree with, it should never be given until your dog is over the age of 18 months. Any Lepto vaccine
given at any point before this age also will result in all guarantees being null and void!

Some our pups are imported from our kennel in Europe and can take up to
11-12 months for the double registration papers to come in FCI (federation
club international) and AKC (american kennel club), so please GIVE US
TIME BEFORE YOU contact us about registration papers & pedigree of
your puppy until it has been over that time limit.

This warranty is null and void if:
1. The Buyer does not maintain preventative health care of the puppy/dog, including,
but not limited to inoculations, internal and external parasites and heartworm
preventative medicine.
2. The puppy/dog is chained or tied outside or left alone in a kennel.
3. The puppy/dog is not kept under close veterinarian supervision.
(check-up every three months)
4. The puppy/dog has been bred.
5. Veternarian Report is not Faxed or mailed within 24 hours of report.
I, the buyer of a puppy/dog from seller hereby acknowledge that I have received a copy
of this document.
Further, I accept the terms and conditions of the guarantee for congenital or hereditary
disorders printed in this document, and I waive and relinquish any and all other rights
that I might otherwise have in the event of such occurrence.
In the event of any litigation in connection with this Guarantee, seller will be paid
reasonable attorney fees by the buyer. Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising
out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in sellers County and State.
Purchaser acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and agrees to the terms
of this document.
Puppy Sales Contract.
And once full amount has been sent in for your puppy, there is No refund. You can get
first pick of next available litter if you change your mind on a puppy, or if puppy
you chose is not available to be sold because of unforseen situations arise, you get
1st pick from puppy that us comparable to the price you have paid for said puppy.
